Foley v. Adams Auto Corp.

Sixteenth Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri in Independence
Case No. 2416-CV18198

Welcome to the Settlement website for Foley v. Adams Auto Corp.

If you purchased a vehicle from Adams Toyota that included an add-on purchase of the ResistAll/Enviroguard product, you could get valuable benefits from a class action settlement.

You may be eligible to participate in a settlement with monetary benefits for certain persons to whom Adamas Auto Corp. d/b/a Adams Toyota (“Adams Toyota”) sold a vehicle with an add-on purchase of the ResistAll/EnviroGuard product.

The Settlement resolves a lawsuit over whether Adams Toyota improperly required customers who purchased vehicles to also purchase ResistAll/EnviroGuard add-on products. This Settlement avoids costs and risks to you from the lawsuit, provides benefits to customers like you, and releases Adams Toyota from liability. The two sides disagree on whether the customers could have won and on how much money they would have been entitled to if they won.

Your legal rights are affected whether you act or not.
